Lee & Klatskin Closes 60,700-SF Lease For Loumar Associates in Carlstadt, New Jersey

CARLSTADT, NJ, AUGUST 15, 2006  – Lee & Klatskin Associates has announced the closing of a 60,700-square-foot lease at 400 Gotham Parkway in Carlstadt, New Jersey, to C&R Printing Corp.  Lee & Klatskin’s Sr. Vice President Fred Lipton and Associate Lew Solomon brokered the transaction, acting on behalf of landlord Loumar Associates.

C&R Printing Corp. is a full service printing company, offering clients high quality printed products including stationary, flyers, and brochures.  Their relocation to 400 Gotham Parkway from East Paterson Plank Road, also in Carlstadt, will allow the company to install five new color printing presses, to further service the needs of their client base.
