LEE & KLATSKIN SECURES 21,133-SF SUBLEASE AT 80 LITTLE FALLS ROAD IN FAIRFIELD, NEW JERSEY

FAIRFIELD, NJ, AUGUST 22, 2005 – On behalf of Pacific Logistics Corporation, Lee & Klatskin Associates has announced it has closed a sublease transaction for 21,133 square feet of space from Blistech at 80 Little Falls Road in Fairfield, New Jersey.  Leading the Lee & Klatskin team were Dan Whitehead and Michael Schiable.  Mitch Roman, Jim Correll and Greg Sabato from American Properties Realty, Inc. represented Blistech.
