HOLLISTER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES AWARDED TWO NEW ASSIGNMENTS FOR COMMERCE BANK

TETERBORO, NJ, AUGUST 22, 2005--Hollister Construction Services announced that it has been contracted by Commerce Bank to serve as general contractor for two branch renovations in Westwood and Ridgewood, NJ. Hollister Construction is one of the fastest growing, full-service construction companies in the New Jersey marketplace.

Our goal is to service the company’s renovation needs without interrupting their normal operations by performing all work after hours.”
 
Both branch renovations encompass 3,500 square feet of space and will include the demolition of existing space and the build-out of the updated space, including a new teller line and coupon booth.  The newly renovated spaces will include new drywall partitions, acoustical ceilings, flooring, doors, millwork, interior aluminum and glass features and lighting.  The Westwood renovation is anticipated to be completed in February of 2006.  The Ridgewood renovation is anticipated to be completed in September of 2006.
 
The Hollister Construction team responsible for these assignments includes Kieran Flanagan as project executive and Robert Unice as project manager.
