KIERAN FLANAGAN JOINS HOLLISTER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES AS VICE PRESIDENT OF CONSTRUCTION

TETERBORO, NJ, AUGUST 8, 2005 – Hollister Construction Services has announced the appointment of Kieran Flanagan as vice president of construction. Flanagan will be responsible for overseeing and managing all of the construction and operations and management of ongoing construction projects at Hollister.  His responsibilities will include project planning and scheduling, establishing and maintaining a project budget, and tracking and monitoring construction progress.
 
“Kieran is a seasoned veteran and offers our clients proven expertise in the construction management process,” stated Chris Johnson, president of Hollister.  “His in-depth knowledge and excellent project track record will be invaluable to our firm as we continue to grow throughout the region.”
 
Flanagan has served as a Project Manager with The Troast Construction Company in Paramus, New Jersey as well as BCC/Bell Construction, LLC in Fairfield, New Jersey.  There, he managed all aspects of commercial constructions projects with such clients as Commerce Bank, Chubb Group of Insurance Companies, PNC Bank and Johnson & Johnson, Inc.  A graduate of University of Scranton, Flanagan currently resides in Madison, New Jersey with his wife Mary Beth and their three children.
