LEE & KLATSKIN CLOSES 316,000-SF LEASE FOR MR. BRIDGEWATER, LLC IN BRIDGEWATER, NEW JERSEY

BRIDGEWATER, NJ, DECEMBER 5, 2005 –Lee & Klatskin Associates announced it has closed a 316,000-square-foot lease on behalf of the landlord, Mr. Bridgewater LLC, at 9 Finderne Avenue in Bridgewater, New Jersey.  The building was leased to Building Materials Manufacturing Corporation, which will use the space for warehousing of building materials and for distribution purposes. The Lee & Klatskin team responsible for this transaction includes Executive Vice Presidents and Principals Charles Fern and Joel Lubin, and Associate Matt Sikora.

“We are pleased to have represented Mr. Bridgewater in this substantial transaction,” said Fern.  “This facility perfectly met the tenant’s needs as well as provided additional land and valuable rail access.” 

9 Finderne Road is a one-story, 316,000-square-foot warehouse facility located within one mile of Interstate 287 and Route 22.   The property is currently undergoing a substantial renovation, which is expected to be completed in June 2006.
