Another Banner Year for Knee/Kossar/Hile at Lee & Klatskin Associates in New Jersey
Teterboro, NJ, January 15, 2007 – Lee & Klatskin Associates announced today that the Knee/Kossar/Hile team once again led the Teterboro office in production with 29 transactions totaling 3,487,300 square feet with an aggregate value in excess of $100,000,000.
The team, which is co-led by David E. Knee, SIOR, Principal/Executive Vice President and Robert C. Kossar, SIOR, Principal/Executive Vice President, has been one of the most prolific brokerage teams in New Jersey since its formation in 2004. Chris Hile, Vice President, Steve Beyda, Associate and Casy Pannuto, marketing assistant round out the team which focuses primarily on larger industrial real estate transactions on the New Jersey Turnpike Corridor. The team also utilizes the services of Steve Martin, senior consultant, of the Supply Chain and Logistics Services group on many of their transactions.

- 228,886 square foot lease in Jersey City for Prologis
- 133,000 square foot lease in Carlstadt for AMB
- 104,800 square foot sale in South Brunswick for Makita USA
- 100,961 square foot lease in South Brunswick for Rreef
