LEE & KLATSKIN REPRESENTS KATT WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS LLC IN 154,096-SF LEASE IN CRANBURY, NEW JERSEY

CRANBURY, NJ, JULY 12, 2005 – On behalf of Katt Worldwide Logistics LLC, Lee & Klatskin Associates has announced it has closed a 154,096-square-foot lease at 1240 Cranbury S. River Road in Cranbury, New Jersey.  The third-party logistics company plans to establish its warehouse operations within the one-story industrial facility.  Leading in the transaction from Lee & Klatskin were Executive Vice Presidents and Principals Charles Fern and Joel Lubin
