LEE & KLATSKIN REPRESENTS DEPINTO TRUCKING IN 51,890-SF LEASE AT EXECUTIVE AVENUE IN EDISON, NEW JERSEY

EDISON, NJ, JULY 18, 2005 – On behalf of DePinto Trucking, Lee & Klatskin Associates has announced it has closed a 51,890-square-foot lease at Executive Avenue in Edison, New Jersey.  The trucking company plans to use the space, located within the eight-million-square-foot Heller Industrial Park, for the warehousing and trucking of household goods.  The Lee & Klatskin team responsible for this transaction includes Executive Vice Presidents and Principals Charles Fern, and Joel Lubin.

Just three minutes from Exit 10 of the NJ Turnpike, Executive Avenue’s amenities include 24-foot high ceilings, 18 loading docks, one drive-in door, and sprinkler system.  Labor is provided from within the township of Edison, and from Woodbridge, New Brunswick and Perth Amboy via New Jersey Transit bus service directly into the industrial park.
