LEE & KLATSKIN CLOSES 32,000-SF LEASE AT 601
PROSPECT AVENUE IN LAKEWOOD, NEW JERSEY

JULY 25, 2005 – Lee and Klatskin Associates
announced it has closed a 32,000-square-foot lease
with American Vinyl Concepts, Inc. at 601 Prospect
Avenue in Lakewood, New Jersey. The structural
railing systems company plans to utilize its space
for manufacturing and distribution of their thermoplastic
railing products. Associate Vice President J.
Eric Hill and Associate Sean Hill of Lee and Klatskin
were exclusive agents for both the tenant and
landlord in this transaction.
