LEE & KLATSKIN CLOSES 52,000-SF SUBLEASE AT 4 AURORA DRIVE IN CRANBURY, NEW JERSEY

CRANBURY, NJ, NOVEMBER 14, 2005 –Lee & Klatskin Associates announced it has closed a 52,000-square-foot sublease with US Mail Consolidation, Inc. at 4 Aurora Drive in Cranbury, New Jersey on behalf of tenant Waterford Wedgwood. Lee & Klatskin Executive Vice Presidents and Principals Robert Kossar and David Knee and Vice President Chris Hile were responsible for this transaction.

“We are pleased to have represented Waterford Wedgwood in this sublease transaction,” said Knee.  “This is truly a win-win, allowing Waterford Wedgwood to release unused space and allow US Mail Consolidation to expand adjacent to its existing space.”
