LEE & KLATSKIN REPRESENTS AMB PROPERTY CORP. IN 20,000-SF LEASE TO AEROBICS, INC.

FAIRFIELD, NJ, NOVEMBER 14, 2005 –Lee & Klatskin Associates announced it has closed a 20,000-square-foot lease with Aerobics, Inc., a fitness equipment distributor, at 3 Lincoln Drive in Fairfield, New Jersey on behalf of the landlord, AMB Property Corporation. The company selected the location based on its proximity to its West Caldwell offices and will utilize the space for the storage of treadmills and additional fitness equipment.  Lee & Klatskin Associate Daniel Whitehead was responsible for consummating this transaction.
