LEE & KLATSKIN CLOSES 47,000-SF LEASE FOR REDI-MAIL DIRECT MARKETING IN PINE BROOK, NJ

PINE BROOK, NJ, NOVEMBER 28, 2005 –Lee & Klatskin Associates announced it has closed a 47,000-square-foot lease on behalf of Redi-Mail Direct Marketing, Inc. at Montville Business Center in Pine Brook, New Jersey. Lee & Klatskin Executive Vice Presidents and Principals Robert Kossar and David Knee along with Vice President Chris Hile were responsible for this transaction.

“We are proud to have represented Redi-Mail in this lease transaction,” said Knee.  “This lease provides Redi-Mail with additional warehouse/distribution space to further aid their marketing support services.”
