LEE & KLATSKIN CLOSES 196,000 SQUARE FEET OF LEASES IN EDISON, NEW JERSEY

EDISON, NJ, NOVEMBER 7, 2005 – Lee & Klatskin Associates announced it has recently closed a total of 196,000 square feet of leases in Edison, New Jersey, including a 156,000-square-foot lease on behalf of Rand Direct, Inc. at 11 Kilmer Road and a 40,000-square-foot lease to Sabert Corporation at 183 National Road. The Lee & Klatskin team responsible for these transactions was comprised of Executive Vice Presidents and Principals Charles Fern and Joel Lubin, and Senior Vice President Robert Sager.

“We are very proud to have fulfilled the needs of our clients in these lease transactions,” said Sager.  “183 National Road and 11 Kilmer Road were both able to satisfy the requirements of their respective tenants—providing the ideal location, amenities and flexible terms each required.”

Rand Direct, Inc., a Teaneck-based, manufacturer and packaging company involved in co-packing displays for its parent company Rand Display International, will utilize the new facility at 11 Kilmer Road for packaging and distribution of household products.  Sabert Corporation, a plastic container manufacturing company, took occupancy immediately within the one-story building at 183 National Road for the warehousing of finished products.
