HOLLISTER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES NAMED CONSTRUCTION MANAGER FOR 347,000-SF RENOVATION

TETERBORO, NJ, OCTOBER 10, 2005 – Hollister Construction Services has been named construction manger by Bridgewater Ventures LLC  for the redevelopment of 9 Finderne Road in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The renovation is expected to be completed in June 2006.

Hollister Construction Services will be responsible for overseeing the renovation of various portions of the 347,000-square-foot warehouse. The project will also entail bringing rail siding to the building and the installation of new loading and drive-in doors, a new roof and new office space.  Project Manager Kieran Flanagan will lead this assignment.
