LEE & KLATSKIN CLOSES OVER 530,000 SQUARE FEET OF RECENT LEASES NATIONALLY

TETERBORO, NJ, OCTOBER 10, 2005 – Lee & Klatskin Associates has announced it has recently closed over 530,000 square feet of leases in coordination with affiliated Lee & Associates offices nationwide.

These transactions included:

Lee & Klatskin secured a 300,000-square-foot lease to Coaster Company of America at 45 Stults Road in South Brunswick, New Jersey, a new warehouse developed by Matrix Development Group.  The California-based distributor of craft-designed furniture plans to occupy the facility by year-end. The company is engaged in the distribution and sales of a variety of innovatively designed, skillfully manufactured, and competitively priced products to its dealers and customers via a network of seven strategically located warehouses. The Lee & Klatskin team of Executive Vice President and Principal Charles Fern and Executive Vice President Joel Lubin worked in conjunction with Tim Cronin, principal in Lee & Associates’ Central Los Angeles office, on this transaction.

Lee & Klatskin closed a 207,070-square-foot lease on behalf of Murray Feiss Import, LLC at 3035 East Lone Mountain Road in North Las Vegas, Nevada.  Murray Feiss Import, a leading supplier of indoor and outdoor residential lighting products, expanded its operations from the Bronx, New York and utilizes the space for its West Coast distribution needs.  The Lee & Klatskin team of David Knee and Robert Kossar, executive vice presidents and principals, and Chris Hile, vice president, worked with Mel Koich, principal with the Lee & Associates Las Vegas office, in representing Murray Feiss on this transaction.

Lee & Klatskin closed a 27,641-square-foot lease on behalf of SBS Worldwide, an international freight forwarding company, at Raritan Business Center Park in Edison, New Jersey. Based on continued growth at the Port Newark and Newark Liberty International Airport, SBS Worldwide is expanding its presence in the New Jersey market.  The Lee & Klatskin team responsible for representing both SBS and landlord Federal Business Centers included Executive Vice President and Principals David Knee and Robert Kossar and Vice President Chris Hile.  The team worked in conjunction with John Cassidy, principal with the Lee & Associates’ Chicago office, in representing SBS.
