HOLLISTER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES TO RENOVATE OVER 291,000 SQUARE FEET OF SPACE FOR AMB PROPERTIES

EDISON, NJ, OCTOBER 17, 2005--Hollister Construction Services announced that it has been selected by AMB Properties for several projects throughout the State of New Jersey, totaling 291,500 square feet of space.  Hollister Construction is a rapidly growing, third party, full-service construction company.

Hollister Construction was selected by AMB Properties for the following projects:
• A 150,000-square-foot redevelopment, including a new site plan and the addition of eight new loading docks, a new roof, new lighting and new mechanical systems.  The project, located at 55 Madison Circle Drive in East Rutherford, NJ, will be completed by October 2005. Hollister Construction is acting as design builder. SNS Architect and Engineers is the architect and Record and McNally Engineering is the engineer.

• A 74,000-square-foot renovation of a warehouse, which included the addition of rail siding and an H-3 Hazardous Material Storage Room at 75 Amor Avenue in Carlstadt, NJ. The renovation also included new rail and drive-in doors. 3,500 square feet of office space was also converted into a showroom with new drywall, flooring, and finishes. The project was completed in June 2005.

• A 24,000-square-foot demolition of office space, followed by a scarpatch and paint to put existing office space into rentable condition. The renovations, completed in June 2005, took place at 100 and 750 Corporate Drive in Mahwah, NJ with Hollister serving as the construction manager for both.

• A 12,000-square-foot interior renovation at 39 Plymouth Road in Fairfield, NJ. The project, completed at the end of July this year, included two new center, core bathrooms, new drywall partitions and new acoustical ceiling.

• A 1,500-square-foot bathroom renovation at 6 Washington Road in Fairfield, NJ, which included the demolition of the existing bathrooms and the addition of new drywall partitions, acoustical ceilings, flooring, doors, toilet fixtures and partitions. Work was completed on July 30, 2005, with Hollister acting as the design build contractor.
