Lee & Klatskin Secures 156,000-SF Lease on Behalf of Rand Direct
EDISON, NJ, OCTOBER 25, 2006 – Lee & Klatskin Associates announced the closing of a 156,000-square-foot lease at 11 Kilmer Road in Edison, NJ, on behalf of Rand Direct. Lee & Klatskin Associates Charles Fern and Joel Lubin negotiated the deal.

Rand Direct is a contract packaging and distribution company based in Edison, New Jersey, whose services include package manufacturing, engineering, development, and shipping. Rand Direct services several industries, including work in the pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and food markets. Rand Direct is a subsidiary of Rand Display International, based in Teaneck, NJ.
