LEE & KLATSKIN CLOSES 234,000-SF LEASE FOR CREST OF EAST BRUNSWICK

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ, OCTOBER 3, 2005 –Lee & Klatskin Associates announced it has closed a 234,000-square-foot lease with Crest of East Brunswick, a furniture retailer, at 30 Tower Road in South Brunswick, New Jersey.  The company plans to occupy the building in September 2005 and utilize the property for warehousing and its corporate offices. Lee & Klatskin Executive Vice Presidents and Principals Charles Fern and Joel Lubin were responsible for representing both Crest of East Brunswick and the landlord in this transaction.
