LEE & KLATSKIN ANNOUNCES 427,642-SF SALE IN CRANBURY, NJ

CRANBURY, NJ, OCTOBER 31, 2005 –Lee & Klatskin Associates announced it has closed on the sale of 71 Station Road, a new, 427,642-square-foot warehouse facility located in Cranbury, New Jersey to linens distributor Glenway Edison. Glenway will use the corporate park facility for general office space, warehousing and as a linens outlet location. Executive Vice Presidents and Principals Charles Fern and Joel Lubin of Lee & Klatskin represented Glenway in the transaction, while Cushman & Wakefield represented seller Rockefeller IDI.
