Lee & Klatskin Associates Closes 50,000 square foot lease for Printers Bindery
CARLSTADT, NEW JERSEY, September 2, 2006 – Lee & Klatskin Associates has announced the closing of a new 50,000 square foot lease on behalf of Printers Bindery at 75 Broad Street in Carlstadt, New Jersey. Lee & Klatskin Associates, Lew Solomon and Alex Previdi negotiated the transaction for the landlord, AMB Property Corporation, with Jeffrey ______________ and Thomas Vetter of James E. Hanson, Inc., which represented the tenant.
