Lee & Klatskin Closes 50,000 square foot lease on behalf of AMB Property Corporation in Carlstadt, New Jersey
CARLSTADT, NEW JERSEY, September 2, 2006 – Lee & Klatskin Associates announced that it has closed a 50,000 square foot industrial lease with Sun Taiyang Company, Ltd., at 90 Triangle Boulevard in Carlstadt, New Jersey. Lee & Klatskin Associate, Lew Solomon brokered the transaction, representing the landlord, AMB Property Corporation and Joseph Manganaro of Team Resources represented the tenant.

90 Triangle Boulevard in Carlstadt, New Jersey is primarily an industrial warehouse facility offering 50,000 square feet of floor space with 20 foot ceilings, as well as an additional 5,000 square feet of office space. Sun Taiyang Company plans to use the warehouse space for storage and distribution of their hair augmentation products, while making use of the attached offices for administration purposes.
