LEE & KLATSKIN CLOSES DHL LEASE AT 2323 RANDOLPH AVENUE IN AVENEL, NEW JERSEY

AVENEL, NJ, SEPTEMBER 12, 2005 – On behalf of DHL Supply Chain Logistics, Lee & Klatskin Associates has announced a 17,148-square-foot lease at 2323 Randolph Avenue in Avenel, New Jersey.  Relocating from Moonachie to Avenel, the supply chain logistics group plans to utilize this space for its distribution purposes.  Consummating this transaction from Lee & Klatskin were Vice President Chris Hile, and Principals and Executive Vice Presidents David Knee and Robert Kossar.  Earl Lapides of Bussel Realty represented the landlord.
