LEE & KLATSKIN REPRESENTS KATT WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS IN 418,300-SF LEASE IN SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NEW JERSEY

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ, SEPTEMBER 19, 2005 – On behalf of Katt Worldwide Logistics, Lee & Klatskin Associates announced it has closed a 418,300-square-foot lease at 113 Interstate Boulevard in South Brunswick, New Jersey.  The third-party distribution company plans to utilize the newly constructed facility for its office and distribution needs beginning in September 2005.    Leading in the transaction from Lee & Klatskin were Executive Vice Presidents and Principals Charles Fern and Joel Lubin.

113 Interstate Boulevard is a freestanding facility offering cross loading, 33-foot-high ceilings and an ESFR sprinkler system. Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in this transaction.
