LEE & KLATSKIN REPRESENTS WILSON LOGISTICS IN 60,699-SF LEASE AT 75 NORTHFIELD AVENUE IN EDISON, NEW JERSEY

EDISON, NJ, SEPTEMBER 26, 2005 – On behalf of Wilson Logistics, Lee & Klatskin Associates announced it has closed a 60,699-square-foot lease at 75 Northfield Avenue in Edison, New Jersey.  The logistics company plans to use the space for the warehousing of goods on behalf of their clients and will occupy the property in September 2005.  The Lee & Klatskin team responsible for this transaction includes Executive Vice Presidents and Principals Joel Lubin and Charles Fern.
