HOLLISTER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES COMPLETES OVER 42,000 SQUARE FEET IN PROJECTS STATEWIDE

TETERBORO, NJ, SEPTEMBER 6, 2005--Hollister Construction Services announced that it has been completed over 42,000 square feet construction projects in the past several months throughout New Jersey. • A 12,000-square-foot interior renovation, including a new storefront entrance, at 165 Chubb Avenue in Lyndhurst, NJ.  Hollister served as design build contractor.  The project was completed in August 2005.
 
• A 5,000-square-foot gut renovation and build-out of executive offices for Archive Systems at 39 Plymouth Road in Fairfield, NJ.  Hollister served as design build contractor.  The project was completed in June 2005.
 
• The renovation of a lecture hall, including the demolition of existing space and the build-out of the new space within Becton Hall, at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ.  Hollister served as design build contractor.  The project was completed in August 2005.
 
• The demolition and build-out of executive offices for Hunter Douglas at 2 Atrium Way in Mahwah, NJ. Hollister served as general contractor.  The project was completed in August 2005.
 
• A build-out of executive offices for Ajilon Staffing at The Atrium in Paramus, NJ.  Hollister served as general contractor.  The project was completed in June 2005.
 
• Additional projects for such clients as L’Occitane, Van Brunt Warehouse, Hanjin Shipping, B&H Distribution, Telcordia and RREEF DB Investments.
