Objectives: Perform efficiency and storage audit and recommend improvements. Manage request for proposal & vendor selection process for third party logistics (3PL) support for western based distribution facilities to supply 24 Wal-Mart DC's and western retail stores. Reduce customer transportation costs and improve service while reducing the networks' overall total supply chain cost.

Results: Implemented west coast distribution project in a 60 day period and significantly reduced clientÕs overall supply chain costs through staff reductions and reduced transportation costs. Improved internal storage efficiency through a series of inventory slotting, work flow, and storage recommendations. Solidified supplier relationship with Wal-Mart through increased compliance scores, improved delivery times and decreased freight cost.
