Objectives: Using six sigma methodology, provide a complete project work flow audit of the accounts payable procedures. Identify opportunities to streamline the process by flow charting procedures and providing a gap analysis. Improve service standards for document processing

Results: Automated the document management process using scanning technology to streamline workflow between departments. We created standard operating documentation and procedures to insure accountability and proper training occurred. Service levels were increased and cash flow improved by providing total visibility to work in process.
