Objectives: Create, distribute and collect feedback surveys from employees, clients and sub-contractors to identify service related quality improvement ideas and benchmark trends.
Results: Produced three separate surveys and distributed them to all contacts in each appropriate category. We evaluated and summarized responses both independently and anonymously. The results provided staff and management a candid feedback mechanism. We reported executive level analysis to highlight areas of opportunity and issued tactical recommendations for improvement. This resulted in improved service and employee awareness of key opportunities and company strengths.
