Objectives: Support the client with site selection recommendations based on key business factors and selection criteria. Find the optimum location for a regional, climate controlled manufacturing and distribution center.

Results: The project used sophisticated 'siting' analysis to define the optimum location for the user based on transportation, labor and real estate costs along with available economic development incentives. Personal interviews of executive level supply chain professionals were instrumental in reducing the pool of available sites and solidified the client's Northeast Supply Chain strategy.
