Objectives: Provide companies evaluating local site 'candidate locations', with a user friendly tool to forecast current bridge crossing, tolls and fuel costs to effectively forecast the impact of comparative site selection models.

Results: Produced personal computer based tool that prices various factors including:

• NJ Turnpike (Calculated based on time of day and the number of axles on their truck).
• NY Thruway & Garden State Parkway rates.
• NYC and PA bridge crossing rates.
• Price per gallon of diesel fuel variable.
• Variable estimated miles per gallon for the vehicle.
• NJ AAA average fuel rates by city.
• Drayage costs from Port of NY/NJ, Bayonne and NY Container Terminal (NYCT) to all industrial zip codes based on multi transportation vendor surveys.
• Time of day crossing costs (like peak, off peak and overnight).
• EZ Pass and standard rates.
• Ancillary port related 'rules of thumb' charges for terminal fees, fuel surcharges, and dropped container costs.
