Location: NY, PA & NJ.

Objectives: Analyzing land and labor costs for specific job functions across markets, streamline the site selection process with local interviews, incentive and financial analytics and develop business model for a optimum regional distribution center site. Compare comparable real estate options taking into account tax considerations, state and local incentives, port logistics and general economic trends.

Results: In this 18 month project, we identified the optimum, build to suit site across three states, on time and on budget.
